As you enter this cathedral, at your feet you will see a crystal porthole, where it’s possible to admire the seasoning rooms characterized by a typical gravel floor, where cheeses season.
Then, as you go downstairs in the “sancta santorum”, you will see a little natural waterfall that creates little wells among the rocks.
Here, you can see some original copper containers with fresh milk that you can freely taste sitting on comfortable wood benches with delicious cheeses. You’ll be served by ladies dressed with the typical Valtellinese costume.
